Meet Mr. and Mrs. Roberts!! Derrick and Blair are married!! It was an amazing day. From the weather, to the ceremony, to the reception - everything was simply perfect. And how could it not have been - Blair planned it all. To a T. I'd hire her in a heartbeat!

Blair made such a gorgeous bride. Her dress was stunning. Derrick looked super handsome in his pink tie.   ;)   I just adore all of the photos from their wedding...Blair has the best smile and facial expressions! So be prepared for an overload of a preview   :)

:: Blair's favorite things about their wedding:: The amazing weather! I dont know how we got so lucky. Also, how everything turned out the way I had been picturing it for the last 10 months. It felt amazing to see it actually make sense like I thought, especially since Derrick kept saying "I don't see it, but if you do..."

:: Blair's favorite reception moment:: Our cake cutting. We were very "challenged" to say the least and had to make two attempts with a lot of direction. But it was just too funny. Plus our darling niece tried to hijack our piece of cake lol.

:: Derrick's most memorable moment of the day:: When my best man tried to wear his high school ring and got it stuck on his finger about twenty minutes before we needed to leave to go to the church. His comment about it after we finally got it off; "Note to self, get school ring enlarged."

:: Derrick's favorite things about their wedding:: How everything came together and worked. I mean Blair had us cutting burlap attaching lace, painting glass jars pink, buying ugly gold frames, and somehow it came together.

Fader Wedding - Washington DC Wedding Photographer

Courtney & Frank had a small intimate wedding at a gorgeous church in Washington DC. Everything was simply perfect. They wanted photos by Union Station and the Capitol - a dream setting, beautiful buildings, parks, & fountains...

Their February wedding could have been covered by snow - but it was actually one of the mildest days in weeks. Courtney did get a few comments from onlookers about how she 'had to be cold' in her gorgeous strapless gown - but in all actuality she was in heaven. See she is from Minnesota   :)   so she prefers the cold. In one of our email exchanges she said..."looks like I'm going to get what I wished for - at least it won't be 90 degrees!' this was when the forecast was calling for a mix of rain and really cold temps.

We had to sneak in a photo of the Delaware street sign for Frank as he grew up in Delaware and actually knew a few of my friends from high school. Such a small world!

We met Courtney and Frank at their house before we went out on our picture adventure and we had the opportunity to meet the handsome Leo. Leo has been with Courtney since he was a pup. He was super adorable so we had to snag a few photos of the happy couple with their Big Handsome Boy.

Blair & Derrick Engagement - Harford County Engagement Photographer

Blair & Derrick are one of our first wedding couples for 2014 and we couldn't be happier!! From the moment we met them at Panera to talk things over and meet each other Jimmy and I were hoping they'd pick us as their wedding photographers!!

We laughed, joked and had a great time getting to know each other.
