Courtney & Frank had a small intimate wedding at a gorgeous church in Washington DC. Everything was simply perfect. They wanted photos by Union Station and the Capitol - a dream setting, beautiful buildings, parks, & fountains...
Their February wedding could have been covered by snow - but it was actually one of the mildest days in weeks. Courtney did get a few comments from onlookers about how she 'had to be cold' in her gorgeous strapless gown - but in all actuality she was in heaven. See she is from Minnesota :) so she prefers the cold. In one of our email exchanges she said..."looks like I'm going to get what I wished for - at least it won't be 90 degrees!' this was when the forecast was calling for a mix of rain and really cold temps.
We had to sneak in a photo of the Delaware street sign for Frank as he grew up in Delaware and actually knew a few of my friends from high school. Such a small world!
We met Courtney and Frank at their house before we went out on our picture adventure and we had the opportunity to meet the handsome Leo. Leo has been with Courtney since he was a pup. He was super adorable so we had to snag a few photos of the happy couple with their Big Handsome Boy.
