This is a two for one sneak peek! One of my awesome clients Amie has been planning this session for months and I am so glad the weather cooperated! Amie's good friend Laura from college was visiting her from Indiana for the weekend with her family and new baby girl Zoie and they all wanted to get photos together. It was perfect timing - see Amie's birthday is also her oldest son Jackson's birthday too (as well as Amie's brother...it is just crazy!!) and then her youngest Carter was turning one 2 days later! Ok now that I have confused everyone reading this...I will leave you with the sneak peek!
Amie, Dustin, Laura and Danny - it was great getting to see you all (and meet you!) between the 4 of you there are so many cute kiddos! I hope you enjoy your sneak peek!!
Evan is ONE!! It seems like just yesterday I was meeting his Mom and Dad for the first time taking his newborn photos. And now he is a big boy! He is walking and letting everyone hear his voice...and charming everyone with his big blue eyes. I mean really have you ever seen eyes this amazing? Lucky little guy.
Evan wasn't a big fan of his cupcake as we attempted to stage a cake crash - I wonder how he did at his party a few days later...
Kellie & Mike - Thanks so much for allowing me to watch Evan grow up! Enjoy this next year as I am sure it will go by just as fast as the last one, but will be full of many firsts!! Enjoy your sneak peek!
I remember vividly my senior year of high school talking to my basketball coach about how I didn't want to go to college, I wanted to stay in high school with all of my friends and for nothing to change. He told me something that day that I will never forget - he said "College will be the best 4 years of your life, you will meet friends in college that you will be friends with forever. You will grow up and old together. College friends will be some of the best friends you will ever have."
Boy was he ever right.
Since we moved and have more space to entertain I thought about inviting some of the basketball girls from Salisbury over for a cookout with their kiddos. We finally got around to setting it up and it was a blast. We caught up, told stories and all in all it was just like we were back at school - laughing, and having a grand old time. Next year we hope that a few more girls can come and we can make this a yearly tradition.
Girls thanks so much for making the trip - I had a blast. Until next year...
