Lovable Logan - Oxford PA Newborn Photographer

This sweet little guy was my second Logan in a little over a month...and both of their Mom's are named Kelly (though one is Kellie) and they are friends! There is definitely very stiff competition for the cutest Logan of 2011. And let me tell you, if by naming your little boy Logan means they will be the best behaved, sweetest, sleepiest photography subjects...I expect a lot more Logans!

It was a perfect day for a photo session - it almost looked like it was going to rain (but it held off) and it was nice and warm to make Logan very content. These new parents are completely smitten with their little guy - as they should be, he is a cutie!

Baby Number 3 - Baltimore Maternity Photographer

We planned this session about 3 weeks before the baby's due date and we ended up squeezing it in 6 days before he made his appearance! This beautiful family are very good friends of mine and I have watched their babies grow from the day they were born. Her kids are my kids best friends and I wouldn't have it any other way.

The day we had picked for the photo session it looked like it was going to pour...it never rained at either of our houses, but by the time we made it to Jerusalem Mill we found out it had rained there. This rain made for a lot of fog, humidity and sweat. We all pushed through...some of us melted quicker then others, both physically and literally! We got some adorable photos in despite the conditions!

Kelly and Tim - I'm so glad I could capture this beautiful time in your family's life. I can't wait to watch your little man grow. I hope you guys enjoy your sneak peek!

2011 Holiday Mini Sessions!!

It's time to check your calendars - the holidays will be here before you know it! Since our Holiday Mini Sessions were such a hit last year we have decided to do it again in 2011. I am partnering up with Jen at Element 120 Designs again this year for another amazing holiday card package!

Email me today to book your session - they are filling up fast as last years clients have already had a jump start at booking their sessions! So please share this info with your friends and family we want everyone to have beautiful Holiday photos this year :)

For those of you who are unfamiliar with our Holiday Mini Sessions - this is how it works:

Sessions are $150 each (for a family of 5) and you will receive:

-a 20-30 minute mini photo session with Carrie from Carrie D Photography
-10 edited high resolution photos (BW & Color) emailed to you for you to keep forever and print to your hearts content!
-a holiday photo card design of your choice created by Jen at Element 120 Designs customized to your liking (also emailed to you)
-10% off photo card printing with Element 120 Designs!

You can view some of Element 120's holiday card designs HERE - most of these are last years designs which are still available - but there will be new 2011 designs added by the end of the summer!

So if you are interested in scheduling a Holiday Mini Session please email me with your requested date and time slot and I will email you back a confirmation with more details.

2011 Holiday Mini Session Dates:

**All sessions will be held on the hour - to allow for time in between sessions for picking out your photo card designs etc**

Sessions start at 8am and run until 3pm each day

October
Sunday October 2nd - Jerusalem Mill - Kingsville, MD (sessions will start at 3p this day)
Sunday October 16th - Downtown Annapolis, MD

November
Sunday November 6th - Annie's Playground - Bel Air, MD
Saturday November 12th - Kinder Farm Park - Millersville, MD **There is a $6 per vehicle fee to enter the park**
Saturday November 19th - Cromwell Valley Park - Towson, MD

**Also if there is enough interest for a Northern VA Mini Session day - I will gladly add one!! So email me if you live in NOVA and would like a mini session! **I already have 2 interested families - I just need 2 more and there will be a NOVA session!!**
